    This IIMBx MOOC Customer Relationship Management is designed to equip learners with a sound foundational knowledge of CRM concepts and best practices so that they can implement CRM practices successfully for long-term profitability. Candidates will have to attend the exam for the Customer Relationship Management course at the allotted examination centre and provide the hall ticket along with a government photo identification card.
