Hi dear, You can give GRE exams and if you score well, then you can get a good foreign institute which will provide you with a good platform and opportunities for further scholarships. Apart from GRE, you can also go for certain exams conducted by foreign universities for admission and scholarship purposes. Do visit and follow Shiksha for a continuous update about all the exams.
