    For admission in law colleges in Maharashtra, it is mandatory to take the MHTCET entrance test, which is usually declared around March and exam is around May and result declaration in June, with admissions being solely on the basis of MHTCET score. There are upto 4 rounds usually, wherein college preference is taken in each round. If your score is within the preferred college cut-off you are allotted the college, where you then have to go to complete the admission process.     the dates of govt. main 3year law colleges is almost gone now if you want to pursue law need to find private colleges in your vicinity.

    To get admission in top law colleges you have to first prepare for several Govt exams like CLAT, CMAT, etc.

    You will have to appear and clear Common Law Entrance Test CLAT to pursue LLB (3 Year Course) in any college.
