In the situation of Covid-19, LPU has relaxed their eligibility norms. Because of which LPU NEST is not compulsory for all the programmes. As for majority of programmes, LPU NEST works for scholarship purpose only. So you need to check the eligibility criteria of your desired programme. Admissions are going on, apply without any delay to grab a seat.

For programme where LPU NEST is a requisite, one needs to qualify it as there is no other option. LPU also provides 2 chances for LPU NEST. Equivalent to LPU NEST is National level exam with which Eligibility criteria gets full filled if the candidate has appeared in the National Level Exam.

If you are unable to qualify for LPU-NEST (Lovely Professional University's National Entrance and Scholarship Test), there are alternative ways to gain admission, depending on the programme you're interested in. LPU offers direct admission to certain programs based on your previous academic performance. For many undergraduate and postgraduate courses, LPU accepts scores from other national or state-level entrance exams, such as JEE Mains for engineering or NEET for medical programs, as substitutes for LPU-NEST. If your scores meet LPU's eligibility criteria, you may still be able to secure admission.

If you are not able to qualify for the LPU-NEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test), there are still alternative methods to gain admission to Lovely Professional University (LPU):

Direct Admission Based on Previous Academic Performance: For specific programs, if you fulfill the eligibility criteria, LPU might provide direct admission based on your academic history (such as your 12th class results). This generally applies to programs that do not require an entrance test, although detailed requirements differ by course.

Greetings! Regarding Lovely Professional University, you have the option of direct admission. However, specific programs like B Tech, MBA, and Honors programs require successful qualification in entrance exams for admission. Conversely, programs such as BBA, BCOMM, and BA do not mandate entrance tests as eligibility criteria, making it possible to seek admission in these programs. Nevertheless, fulfilling other eligibility requirements remains necessary.

    Hi there,

Yes, you can still get admission to LPU even if you do not qualify for LPUNEST. The university offers alternative ways to secure admission based on your academic performance. If you have a high percentage in your 12th board exams, LPU may grant you direct admission without requiring LPUNEST. The minimum eligibility criteria vary depending on the course, but for most programs like B.Sc. Agriculture, you need at least 50% in 10+2 with the required subjects.

Another option is applying through other national-level entrance exams (if applicable to your course). For example, some programs accept JEE, NEET, or other equivalent scores
