Indian students willing to take admission to Edinburgh University must meet the academic requirements. The general admission requirement for bachelor’s courses is having a Class 12 qualification, whereas, for the postgraduate courses, the applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree. Detailed University of Edinburgh admissions requirements for international students are given below:

Undergraduate

College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences	Class 12 equivalent exam with overall 80% with 3 subjects at 75%: CBSE All India Senior School Certificate Examination (SSC), CISCE Indian School Certificate (ISC)
College of Science and Engineering	Award of Certificate with five subjects at Class 12, with 80% overall average or above and a minimum of 80% in all required subjects (or above as required). Also, 75% is required at Grade 12 English
College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine	Higher Secondary School Certificate were awarded by CBSE, CISCE; West Bengal State Board or Other State boards are accepted. But the minimum requirement varies as per the subjects, so check with the university to know the exact requirements

Postgraduate
