First of all kudos to you choosing to go ahead for JEE Mains! I'll tell that although it a tough and competitive exam but making good marks is all that's in our hands. We just need to be consistent with our hardwork and practice. Keep practicing pyq for clearance and idea of how a paper looks like.

JEE Main score of 250 or higher is regarded as good and AJEE Mains score of 85-95 percentile is ideal for getting into NITs and IITs through the exam.
