    College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
    CoursesEligibility
    Pharm.DCandidate must have passsed B.Pharma. and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC
    approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto.
    Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
    M.PharmaCandidate must have passsed B.Pharma. and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC
    approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto.
    Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
    Ph.D.Candidate who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in pharmacy course conducted by the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training or any other examination recognised as equivalent can also apply.
    Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023).
    M.E./M.TechCandidate must have passsed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC
    approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto.
    Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.
    B.PharmaCandidates should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of admission or on such other date as may be notified by the CET committee. There is no upper age limit.
