7 years agoTo get into investment banking after B.Com, you need to gain work experience in the field of banking. After getting 2-3 years of work experience, you will be rated to switch for a job in investment banking. Another option, you can pursue MBA from a top B-school in the field of finance or BFSI and get into a good investment banking company like J P Morgan, HSBC and Credit Suisse.
