Hello Pardhan, the best way is to read English newspapers and watching English channels with subtitles. Reading will help you with vocabulary and watching English movies and series will help you with pronunciation.

You must never feel that you are not good in English and never fear of talking in English. Never be disappointed for it. Learn basic grammar, then watch english movies with subtitles. Read English newspapers and converse with your friends in english. Always try to speak in English, and let go the fear of being wrong.

Hii I think the only way to improve your English is by reading as much as you can, be it books, novels, articles, anything. Watch movies, news.

I suggest that you should take spoken English class that would make your base strong and also vocabulary.

You can join a course in spoken English, read newspaper and collect the vocabulary from newspapers, find their meanings. Download a couple of news and listen to them again and again.
