If you complete your 12th class board exams just before the BITSAT application deadline, you can leave the 12th class marks section of the application form blank and upload a scanned copy of your marks after receiving them. The BITSAT application form asks for both subject-wise and aggregate marks for your 12th year exam, but not your 11th year exam marks. For practical marks, you should use the method your board uses to calculate subject-wise marks.
