How can I pursue Masters in applied mathematics from IGNOU? I have done 2 years Bachelors degree in science after a gap of 20 years.

Yes, of course you can apply. The IGNOU is offering M.Sc. Maths (with its applications in Computer Science) under the name MACS. The Eligibility Criteria is:
1) Graduation from a recognised University/Institution with a Major, or Honours in Mathematics with at least fifty percent marks in aggregrate.
