For MBBS, you need not to have a good base at Mathematics. You won't get mathematics question in medical entrance examination. However, you need an average score in Physics.

Appear for CET for medical as score of CET and 12th are considered for admission to MBBS or you can try to get admission in MBBS in countries like Ukraine, China, Malaysia and Russia as many of Indian students are doing their MBBS from these countries.
