How difficult is it to crack LPU-NEST MBA? What is the cut-off to get into it? Thank you.

Hello, I have done my MBA from Lovely Professional University. I will be sharing my experience and hope that helps you. Eligibility for admission at LPU is 55% in Graduation and LPU NEST. LPU NEST comprises of a test and interview. But due to COVID-19, LPU has relaxed the eligibility criteria and for admission in 2020 batch, you just have to qualify LPUNEST-Interview and also 55% in graduation. For admission you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria and qualify the interview as well. You need at least 50% in interview specifically. I will not say that admission in LPU is a cakewalk but it is not that tough as well. Sharing my experience of interview, you need to brush up your basics of graduation and be strong with the current affairs. There are going to be 2 rounds of interview. One will be based upon checking the communication skills and other will be checking your learning of graduation. Major Interview parameters are : You will be evaluated during the interview on the following parameters. Communication Skills Fluency of Speech Grammatically Correct Capacity to Elaborate Clarity of Thought Career Orientation, Aspirations & Goals Clarity of Goals Confidence Leadership & Initiative General Awareness I hope that helps you. LPU-NEST MBA is easy to crack, because the management needs the admission, not your talent. Almost all the applicants will be taken. It has a Very low cut-offs.

On inquiring, I came to know that due to COVID-19, LPU has relaxed eligibility norms and has waived off LPU NEST as the eligibility. Now the eligibility is Eligibility is: 55% + Interview or Completed Company Secretary CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or Completed Chartered Accountancy CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Completed Cost &amp; Management Accountancy (CMA) from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) LPUNEST is neither difficult nor easy but involves effort from your side. Likewise every exam whether boards, competitive or normal tests are given with effort then only results are bound to come. It is also applicable in LPU NEST. LPU NEST serves two purposes : eligibility and scholarship For MBA LPU NEST is not mandatory, it is required for scholarship only. You can find Question Paper Pattern, Sample Question and Syllabus are available on the website which will be very helpful to you. Try to target good marks because the scholarship is based on the performance. So you need to follow the steps as: 1. Hello there, the level of LPU NEST is the same as that of your last qualification. I am sure you do not need to get scared. The university has prepared ample documents to guide you in this regard. LPU NEST is in accordance with other National level exam and one has to prepare accordingly. Rigorous preparation and awareness about the subject will definitely lead to qualification. The syllabus for the LPU NEST can be fetched from university website. To qualify LPU NEST you are required to score minimum 30-40%. .

For admission in MBA, MBA (Hons.) and MBA (specialised) applicants should pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU-NEST (MBA) and Interview. Dear Suchismita, LPU-NEST is benchmarked with other national level exams for management. Good preparation can help out to get a seat in MBA. LPU-NEST cut off may vary from 35% to 50% marks for Pass Programmes (MBA), but for Hons. , Cut off will be higher than Pass Programmes (around 10% higher). Cut-off Marks (Interview) for MBA (Regular) and All Specialized MBAs will be 50% and for Hons. Programme, it will be around 60%. Admission will be based on merit.

If you have registered, then you can easily crack this exam. It generally ask basic question, don't worry about it.
