8 years agoHello, I don't think you need to shift, you can start all over again. German universities require 13 years of formal education so you have met the criteria. You can start researching, check DAAD website, learn German language , maximum UG programs are taught in German language, prepare for IELTS, visit university websites rigorously and take help of a counselor if required.
