The UP Board exams 2025 will commence on February 24 and will conclude on March 12, 2025. You must cover the entire syllabus for the exam and are performing well in the exam. However, a large number of students feel nervous during the exam. To overcome the nervousness, you must focus on your overall well-being during the exam.

Sit and relax. Get sleep of minimum 7 to 8 hours and get up early and revise the core concepts of your next papers. Study for half an hour and take 5-10 minutes break. Take regular and small meals and do some light exercises. This will boost your confidence and help you overcome your nervousness.
