How do the syllabi and subject areas covered in MHT CET and VITEEE compare?

MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) and VITEEE (Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination) are two different engineering entrance exams conducted in India. While MHT CET is conducted for admission to engineering colleges in the state of Maharashtra, VITEEE is conducted for admission to engineering courses offered by Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) and its campuses in India. The syllabi and subject areas covered in MHT CET and VITEEE are different. MHT CET covers topics from Physics Chemistry and Mathematics syllabus of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. The exam tests the candidate's knowledge in topics such as Mechanics, Electrostatics, Thermodynamics Organic Chemistry Inorganic Chemistry etc. On the other hand, VITEEE syllabus includes topics from Physics Chemistry Mathematics/Biology, and English . The exam tests the candidate's knowledge in topics such as Units and Dimensions, Electrostatics, Thermodynamics Atomic Physics Organic Chemistry Inorganic Chemistry Matrices and Determinants Probability and Statistics etc.
