    IRMA was established in the year 1979 with the aim of producing rural managers for an agriculture dependent economy like India. There is a common misconception among people that this sector doesn't pay well. But let me tell you that with every year, the demand for rural managers has increased exponentially. They have scope like any other MBA graduate in our country. Last year, a plethora of companies visited the campus last year offering profiles in Agribusiness, Microfinance, Government Enterprises, Social Enterprises, Consultancy and NGOs.     IRMA offers good placements annually for its PGDM/MBA courses. In 2024, the participating recruiters placed 265 students and presented 325 placement offers to the PGDM (RM) batch 2024 participants. The highest package during IRMA placements in 2024 stood at INR 31.16 LPA. The IRMA Anand average package offered during the 2024 placement drive stood at INR 14.14 LPA. The key highlights of IRMA placements for the Class of 2023 and 2024 are tabulated below:

    It's is good if you consider the low fees and average package. The fees are low as compared to the other b schools and the curriculum and pedagogy are one of the best in the country.
