How good is this college for PGDM? Will it make any difference after 5-6 years that from which college I have completed my education?

PGDM of IMS is really good and obviously it will make a difference in your life after 5-6 years as they will make you ready for corporate life and even will prepare you for the worst conditions to face in corporate. The placement of IMS is really good so I'm pretty much sure that the CRC team will land you in a very good company from where you will not look back.

After 5 to 6 years of corporate experience it doesn't matter from which college you are pass out. It only depends on your knowledge in the current field and experience. Your work profile and knowledge in the field matters.
