<p>Trichy Engineering College (TEC) can be moderately competitive. As TEC is one of the great government engineering institutions, lots of applicants get attracted towards this every year. Admission is strictly based on performance in 10+2 exams, especially in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions is a counselling type of admission according to rank-ordered from the marks scored. More or less, Computer Science or Electronics types of popular engineering branches will have higher cut-offs. Still, generally, for students who have performed well in 10+2, chances are pretty good to get admission.</p>
