CU is known for it's best placements. It has tie-up with more than 200+companies. It holds the limca book of record awards for maximum placement it has offered to students. More than 80% of the students gets placed with handsome packages. The highest placement offered was 15 lack per annum. Every year the package's amount increases and turn out to be an amazing opportunity to get to work in top companies.

Chandigarh University has an edge over LPU for civil engineering. During the degree, students are given the best knowledge in the field. The University caters to the need of the students and provides them with a lot of exposure in working in experimental labs. There are many competitions which help in enhancing the skills of the students as well. The placements record is impeccable too.

Number of MNCs for the selection of Civil and Chemical Engineering students touched 35 which selected more than 178 students during campus placement session. International Construction Company, Leighton selected more than 15 Civil Engineering students during campus placements. Top names like L&T Constructions, Samsung Engineering, Shapoorji Pallonji, Eveready Industries, Mahindra Susten, Deepak Nitrate, ATS Infrastructure selected the Civil and Chemical Engineering students. The salary package for Civil & Chemical touched scaled a new high and the highest package of 15 LPA was offered to the students.
