How is IT branch in VIT? Which branch should I opt if I have had to choose from electronics and telecommunication or IT in VIT?

    Hi Spandan,
    Talking about the placements, definitely IT placements are really good, as compared to electronics and telecommunication (E&TC) in VIT Pune. Many of my friends were in the E&TC department. Many of them got placed in IT companies only. Also, this year IT department had 100% placements according to one of my friends in IT department. On an average, most of the IT department gets placed every year, as a lot of IT companies come to the campus.
    So, I would suggest you to choose IT branch if you are getting it.

    Both the branches are good but if you are seeing on the basis of placement then you should go for IT branch.
