    Labour Laws is one major part that you will have to focus in HR if you are taking HR as your specialisation because in your career you will have to take some major decisions related to the labor strength that you have and while you take any decisions you will have to consider the laws that is in favour for the labour and if you violate any loss, you or the company on your part will have to bear a huge sum.
