Dear Somya, This is my favorite question. I will share my views on LPU. I have spent 2 years. The diverse culture available in this university is amazing. 30000+ students, from all over India, including 6000+ international students 70+ countries, provides a diverse cultural experience. The quality of education provided at an affordable cost with various scholarship programs provides opportunities to every talented individual. With the ongoing study, there is so much happening in the university from seminars, guest lectures, conclaves to film and music video shootings, concerts, Dj Night, sports competitions, cultural programs, etc. Becoming a part of everything and participating in them is a challenge. Their vision and mission read as follows: Vision To be a premier academic institution, recognised internationally for its contribution to industry and society through excellence in teaching, learning, research, internationalisation, entrepreneurship and leadership. Mission To transform education through academic rigour, practical orientation and outcome based teaching. Develop and implement a relationship of cooperation between industry and academia. To undertake impactful research addressing local, national and global challenges. Prepare graduates to be lifelong learners with strong analytical and leadership skills. To develop global professionals and entrepreneurs with innovative spirit, tolerance and desire to make a difference to society. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition's and accreditation's down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. LPU has grown phenomenally from its humble infancy as a management and IT institute. Its extraordinary progress is a symbol of the growth and potential of modern India. LPU has emerged as a global university with boasting distinctive strengths in education and entrepreneurship. As a platform for excellence in teaching, learning& administration, state-of-the-art information technology is extensively used in LPU, contributing to the development of well trained graduates, post graduates and doctorates to meet the professional manpower needs of not just India but the world. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognitions and accreditation down the lane and mark itself amongst the few of the top private universities. Even the placement opportunities in LPU are much better than other private universities as it is ranked the 5th amongst the other universities for its placement records. So, I would prefer you to choose LPU to pursue your higher studies.

LPU is among top 5 private universities of the country. And best in all aspects, be it placements, education, exposures, infrastructure, campus etc. It has various international tie ups and programmes that helps in international placements and exposures as well.

Somya, Lovely Professional University is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, IBSs, etc. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. Not only this, but the university has also set up high tech lab.s for the benefit of students. The university provides scholarships based on entrance test/ your marks in previous qualification and study/ education loan assistance to the students. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several Big Brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic session 2016-2017 for campus placements like Google, Amazon, Tech Mahendra, Flipkart, CTS, Adobe, etc. LPU students have also availed opportunities of Placements in government services like Indian Army, Indian Navy, Transport Corporation of India, etc. through on-campus/off-campus placement drives and SSB Interviews. Most of the companies have made us the regional hubs for joint campuses The curriculum incorporates specific courses (subjects) under the notion of Professional Enhancement Programmes (PEP) in which the students are prepared to crack the placement processes. Apart from studies, students in Lovely Professional University have a wonderful time. LPU is like a city within a city, with mall, restaurants, gaming points inside the campus for the recreation of students. Along with studies, students get chance to participate in so many extra curricular activities like autoexpos, go karting championships, youthvibe, etc along with those that keep taking place on the DSA stage in the university campus.

LPU's infrastructure is one of the biggest & best in the World. LPU is not only the largest university in the country but also the university with the most diverse student population. Learning in LPU will make you a truly global citizen. The university has experienced, specialised and well-qualified faculty members. LPU has a diverse crowd from all over the world. Interaction with such elite and diverse crowd only helps you grow your knowledge regarding their culture, traditions and improve academically. Can honestly say, the best thing is the students accommodation. All the hostels are well built with all facilities and managed security. Campus security is hi-tech along with 5000+ CCTV cameras which are 24*7 monitored by the guards for our safety. There are diverse options from shopping to dining to sweets to coffee shops all facilities are available within the campus. The university has its own 8 storey shopping mall which has every possible store which a student needs for his convenience including CCD, in-house bowling complex, food kiosks, a hospital and many more. Gym and swimming pool option is also available to students. The faculty members are supporting if one is willing to learn. They teach the subjects with their full potential. The college arranges frequent industry visits. Every aspect of the subject is taught with ease. The course curriculum used is updated and gives information on the latest trends in the industry too. At LPU, the placement cell works exceptionally hard for its students. If you exhibit the required skills and potential -you may as well achieve unexpected. Cognizant has a record of placing 610 students in a day so far. For MBA graduates Practo recruits with an average package of 6.5-7lakhs. A few students are also placed at international locations such as Hyatt (USA), Al-Rakha (Dubai) and many more.
