My experience at LPU has been phenomenal. They have good faculty and good infrastructure. They provide a very good study ambiance and are very up to date with the latest developments. Overall culture at the university seems to be good. The diversity of students from different cultures and different countries offers a good learning B.Ed to learn and develop a more inclusive mindset. This mindset helps in being more accommodating and less judgmental in personal and professional life. Scholarship programs up to 100% for brilliant scholars-LPU provides scholarships to sports personnel, wards of Defence personnel like ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE, etc. Apart from that LPU conducts LPU NEST where students can score well and can grab a 50% scholarship. Campus- LPU's campus is one of the largest lush green campuses in India which is spread over 900+ acres. Gym, High-Speed 24 Hrs free Wi-Fi service, Swimming pool. Very good central Library of 6 floors and huge collection of textbooks and reference books. The campus has its hospital, hotel, and mall. LPUs motto for the all round development of students both academically as well as in personal life. International Exposure: Not only in India, LPU is renowned internationally. LPU is having dedicated Division of International affairs. LPU is having tie up with Multiple foreign Universities all over the world. Academic Quality : LPU always designed the pedagogy of the courses based on Global standard only. During study in LPU for any of the course, student will never face any difficulty in understanding of any topic. Labs: Few Examples - Fully equipped ultra modest Apple IMac lab provides exposure to the latest software as well as the development of advanced projects for I- Mac machines. Industrial Automation And Robotics Lab The lab is designed for exposure in the field of automation and robotics by working on various pneumatic systems and CNC machines, Digital VLSI Design Lab. I can answer better being an educational consultant for this question. Living and Accommodation: LPU is a great place to live during your prime student life. There are 7 on campus Boys Hostels and 6 on campus Girls hostel which provide quite lavish living facilities including 24 hours running water, dedicated hot water taps during winters, Wi-Fi, proper drinking water facilities, 24 hours power backup, 24 hours operational food canteens and departmental stores etc. There are loads of food kiosks as well as kiosks providing other services like mobile servicing, laptop servicing, tailors etc. Catering to the needs of the students. Administration: The administration is awesome. There are certain strict rules to keep the hige number of students and staff in check but otherwise, the administration is very efficient and capable. The University Management System eases up a lot of work making LPU a place with one of the best digital infrastructure in the country. Academics: One of the most important entities of any university, classes and the design of curriculum is very efficient at LPU. Instruction Plans are given out at the very beginning of the semester letting you get hands on information about every topic of the subject you are going to read, every reference you need to go through and stuff. Continuous assessments are an integral part of classes to make sure that students are learning whatever is being taught in th form of tests, term papers, case studies, mini projects etc. MTE and ETE (Mid terms and End terms) are the two major exams that a student has to appear for in every semester. The attendance rules are strict and anything below 75% will put you in the detention list. Academics are of international standards, faculty members are very supportive and laboratory courses are properly designed. There are ample teaching and learning resources. LPU has more than 200 programs catering to every strata of student from the Diploma level to the Doctoral level. The environment in classes mostly depends on the faculty and student interaction- they can be very boring or very interesting depending on your perspective. Placements: Placements are really good. The university conducts exhaustive Pre Placement Training with 3rd party trainers like FACE Academy, SKillrack, Aspiring Minds, conducts workshop and soft skills grooming sessions as well.
