Being alumni makes me nostalgic every time I think about LPU campus life. Lovely Professional University has a beautiful and magnificent campus that spreads over 600 acres in Phagwara. The campus has students all over states and 40+ countries of the world. It has 145+ programs in 55+ disciplines,150+ tie-ups with foreign universities,30k+ students, and 1400+ global and Indian super brands for placement. There are multiple facilities within the campus like university Mall, university Hospital, Food courts or kiosks, Bank ATMs, residential facilities, food facilities, and Transport facilities. The elegance and the brightness of the campus even become more lively during events, concerts, coke studio performances, One India, and One World Fests. There are multiple student organizations that give an excellent opportunity to students to hone and sharpen their skills. The University also has a robust division of career services along with faculty and staff of parent-school to provide eligible students with job opportunities. Moreover, the security team works day and night ensuring the safety of the campus residents.

Being an alumnus of LPU I would say. LPU is the best. They give proper exposure to sports and extracurricular activities also. They do not impose just study stress unlike other universities yes it is important here too in fact they are too strict about this. But they are too good to manage all the balance they organize many events from time to time for their students. LPU has a diverse crowd from all over the world. Interaction with such an elite and a diverse crowd only helps you grow your knowledge regarding their culture, traditions and improve academically. Can honestly say, the best thing is the student's accommodation. All the hostels are well built with all facilities and managed security. Campus security is hi-tech along with 6500+ CCTV cameras which are 24*7 monitored by the guards for our safety. There are diverse options from shopping to dining to sweets to coffee shops all facilities are available within the campus. The university has its own 8 storey shopping mall which has every possible store which a student needs for his convenience including CCD, an in-house bowling complex, food kiosks, a hospital and many more. Gym and swimming pool option are also available to students. The faculty members are supportive if one is willing to learn. They teach the subjects to their full potential. The college arranges frequent industry visits. Every aspect of the subject is taught with ease. The course curriculum used is updated and gives information on the latest trends in the industry too. At LPU, the placement cell works exceptionally hard for its students. If you exhibit the required skills and potential -you may as well achieve unexpected. LPU is one of the TOP ranked universities in India. According to the NIRF rankings released by the Ministry of Human Resource Department, the Government of India, LPU appears in the Top 100 in its most crucial Overall category, which includes IITs and Central Universities. LPU is also ranked 78th in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. University's Engineering School is in the Top 100, Management School in the Top 50, and Pharmacy School in the Top 30 institutions of India. Around 600 companies visit the campus every year including some of the very big figures like Google, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, etc. In all of those companies coming for placements here, around 100 companies are the ones who also recruit from IITs and NITs. Meanwhile, there are some students who choose to go with higher studies as well, but in all those who are up for the placement drive, maximum or you can almost all of them are placed. Also, it is the curriculum here at LPU that helps a lot during the placements. It trains the students based on all the industry requirements, making them near professionals prior to their placement drive.

Lovely Professional University is close to my heart. I've spent some of the very memorable days of my college life here and looking forward to so much more. I am a pass out from LPU and have profoundly utilized my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors, and management. LPU has a diverse crowd from all over the world. Interaction with such an elite and a diverse crowd only helps you grow your knowledge regarding their culture, traditions and improve academically. Can honestly say, the best thing is the student's accommodation. All the hostels are well built with all facilities and managed security. Hi there, I am an alumnus of LPU. The main thing I have learned their time management and discipline. LPU does have a beautiful campus that is spread over 600+ acres. It has an A+ infrastructure and which is remarkable. All the facilities are available on the campus itself, a student does not need to go outside for anything. On the campus, Central Library, Hospital facility is available 24*7 for staff and student, Shopping mall, Indoor Sports Stadium with 2 Olympic size Swimming Pools, Public/Private Sector Banks, ATM etc. The labs are well-equipped with the latest systems in place installed with up-to-date software, guided and monitored by the IT cell. The central library is equipped with millions of books for running courses as well as for extra studies. University Hospital caters for the medical needs of the university people with inbuilt pathological labs and physiotherapy services. A humongous ground located near the hostels ensures that each and everyone gets to access the sports and games which they want to play. I believe that LPU is one of the best universities among all the B schools as well as other ranked universities. I will share certain facts which would justify the same. 1. Accreditation: As LPU got accreditation from Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs, USA (ACBSP). Not only LPU is highly accredited but also it is having numerous international tie ups for instance university of North Alabama, Livingstone College etc. 2. Size: LPU is spread over 600 acres campus consisting of 3000+students and 3500+ faculty members and staff. Students are taking the admissions not from all over India but across the borders as well which make me feel that I am in a foreign land. 3. Ranking: LPU has following ranking: 1.
