I have a Friends son studying B.Sc. (Agriculture) at Lovely Professional University and if we talk about LPU B.Sc. (Agriculture), As per his feedback this University is having ICAR* accreditation *ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) coordinates agricultural education and research in the country under the aegis of Ministry of Agriculture (government. Of India). As per their Statistics, 800+ Recruiters have hired LPU students, Rs 42 Lac the highest Salary package availed with 250+ Companies offering Dream Packages with 110+ Recruiters of IITs/Iims/NITs also hire from LPU along with this Rs 80k the highest Internship Stipend per month was offered. Being an alumni of LPU I would rather say that the school of Agriculture in Lovely Professional University is among the best place for pursuing the B.Sc. In agriculture. Eligibility for admission in this course is as follows, 60% in 10+2/Intermediate with English Physics Chemistry and Maths/ Biology/ Forestry + LPU NEST or 60% in 10+2/Intermediate 10+2 (Agriculture) + LPU NEST or 60% in 2 year Diploma (Agriculture) after 10th + LPU NEST Age Condition :- Minimum 16 Years (I. e. born on or before last date of admission) 5% to North East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents/Wards of Kashmir Migrants. Now you would be saying why I am saying like that, actually my cousin has completed his degree from here only.
