That depends on your interest and aptitude. Both the fields are good and have their own benefits and strengths. Agriculture is more mainstream programme which has a large number of opportunities but it also has large number of candidates. Microbiology no doubt has a good number of jobs but lesser in number compared to agriculture, being a niche programme but then, the number of candidates is also far less. Hope this helps DVD.
