Even though I've only known SOIL for a short while, I immediately consider this to be one of my best experiences. The Methods provided by SOIL are the most effective in terms of both curriculum and approach. Application for SOIL is open to anyone with more than two years of experience. The student will be evaluated on the basis of their EQ rather than their IQ in their unique STAT test. After only a few months with SOIL, I can already count this as one of my best experiences. The best curriculum and method for helping students develop is that offered by SOIL. Anyone with more than two years of experience may apply for SOIL. Their special STAT test will judge the student more on the basis of their EQ than their IQ. Along with academics, SOIL also works to help students develop their leadership skills through special offerings.
