How is Soil Gurgaon 1year PGP programme?

Even though I've only known SOIL for a short while, I immediately consider this to be one of my best experiences. The Methods provided by SOIL are the most effective in terms of both curriculum and approach. Application for SOIL is open to anyone with more than two years of experience. The student will be evaluated on the basis of their EQ rather than their IQ in their unique STAT test. Through unique programming, SOIL works to support students' leadership development in addition to their academic success. The 32 consortium companies that are connected to the college support the students' growth by contributing their insightful viewpoints. The nicest aspect of SOIL is its alumni network; we have a distinct group of alums who are constantly willing to help and support.

After only a few months with SOIL, I can already count this as one of my best experiences. The best curriculum and method for helping students develop is that offered by SOIL. Anyone with more than two years of experience may apply for SOIL. Their special STAT test will judge the student more on the basis of their EQ than their IQ. Along with academics, SOIL also works to help students develop their leadership skills through special offerings. The 32 consortium companies that are affiliated with the college also aid in the development of the students by offering their insightful opinions. The alumni network at SOIL is its best feature; we have a special group of alums who are always ready to assist and support the students. In addition, we have a fantastic faculty group with industry experience. 100% placement with an average package of 1012 LPA is also impressive. Additionally, it's an amazing experience. I wholeheartedly endorse SOIL!

For me these 3 things are the most important thing in any B-school. 1. Academics 2. Batch profile 3. Placements Four months in to the journey of business leadership, I can say SOIL has unique way of nurturing the students. SOIL not only has industry relavent curriculum, it also concentrates on overall development of self through various mediums like Self leadership class, Theatre workshops, mentor-mentee relationship. 2. SOIL attracts talents from diverse industries and people from across India with a minimum of 2 years work experience for Business leadership programs. SOIL also has a one week long induction programme which makes it easier for us to bond among yourself which inturn leads to peer learning. 3. Last but not the least, placements. Average package of SOIL has always been around 10 LPA. The most important part is the alumni connect. You would be connected to a alumni who is doing the same role that you are aspiring to be, it would make it much easier for you to prepare yourself for the same. SOIL is a different experience, join SOIL with an open mind. You will SEE the transformation. SOIL has adapted well with the New Normal and its evident from the batches splendid placement Statistics. SOIL has implemented hybrid classroom where the same physical classroom scenario is replicated with strict COVID norms along with keeping in mind students health and hygiene.
