    Even though I've only known SOIL for a short while, I immediately consider this to be one of my best experiences. The Methods provided by SOIL are the most effective in terms of both curriculum and approach. Application for SOIL is open to anyone with more than two years of experience. The student will be evaluated on the basis of their EQ rather than their IQ in their unique STAT test. Through unique programming, SOIL works to support students' leadership development in addition to their academic success.     After only a few months with SOIL, I can already count this as one of my best experiences. The best curriculum and method for helping students develop is that offered by SOIL. Anyone with more than two years of experience may apply for SOIL. Their special STAT test will judge the student more on the basis of their EQ than their IQ. Along with academics, SOIL also works to help students develop their leadership skills through special offerings. The 32 consortium companies that are affiliated with the college also aid in the development of the students by offering their insightful opinions. The alumni network at SOIL is its best feature;

    3. Placements
    Four months in to the journey of business leadership, I can say SOIL has unique way of nurturing the students. CAT is one of the accepting exams for admission to PGDM and PGPM courses. However, it is not compulsory to have a CAT score for admission. SOIL Institute of Management also accepts other entrance exam scores such as MAT, XAT, GMAT or CMAT. Aspirants seeking admission in PGPM programmes can also appear for SOIL Aptitude Test (SAT) for admission.
