How is the ACLAT score and percentile/rank calculated?

Hi there,
Well, the formula for calculating rank/percentile in ACLAT is straight forward as it depends on the marks obtained out of total 200 marks. The exam paper consists of sections including English, reasoning, maths, law and GK and weightage of marks is distributed.
Now, the ranks would be determined on the basis of marks obtained by a candidate compared with other candidates.
Also, the person with highest marks is rank 1 and those who clear the cut-offs get a seat.

Alliance Common Law Admission Test is entrance exam to Alliance School of Law. The pattern of exam is similar to CLAT. The total number of questions is 200 with each question having one mark. The paper is to be attempted in two hours. The five sections that are tested are English, General Knowledge, Maths, Logical Reasoning and Legal Reasoning. Alliance Common Law Admission Test or ACLAT exam works like CLAT pattern as it also comprises of 200 multiple choice questions and maximum marks to get in ACLAT is 200. It is different than CLAT as the maximum marks in Logical reasoning and Legal Reasoning are 45 each unlike in CLAT. The final ranking is prepared on the basis of scores in ACLAT.
