How is the campus life of the first year students in LPU?

Life is Mission, Life is Race. You have to run fast and learn day and night to be at the top. You will never want to get rid of this race by any means. Winning is very important. Do not even think of losing any race. HAHAHA. ! Was just recalling The movie, 3 Idiots. Don't worry friend. I will tell you crisp of the life at any University Campus across the country. For LPU I can tell you because our many relatives studied here and often share their experiences. Life can be great in any situation and anywhere if you have the will and guts to turns things around. As LPU is one of the best and the largest growing platforms in India through which, one can strive for their goals and dreams to begin, not only nationally but also internationally. There are so many CORE VALUES of LPU and are as follows: The pursuit of Excellence Through Innovation, Collaboration, and continuous improvement Freedom of thought and expression Integrity and Professional ethics Respect for diversity Accountability for actions and results LPU has more than 30K STUDENTS FROM all the states of INDIA & 70 COUNTRIES! And life at LPU is very happening every day from morning to at least 8 pm in the evening, facilities are inside the campus. You need to put a hawk eye every time on Academics too because it decides your future in LPU and the outer world also. Comprising of all the other learning experiences LPU is having few strict policies which definitely helps students but they often realize when they got good placements and they find themselves cop-up with the corporate culture and schedule very easily. I did MBA from this University and I stayed in LPU hostel during my Post graduation years and honestly those were the best days of my life. I made some amazing friends and had some amazing experiences. I am in a better position to answer your question. My experience at LPU has been phenomenal. First of all congratulations to you as you successful entered into the college life. I want to tell you that you are at the very right place, Lovely Professional University not only boosts the career of the Student, It also provides you the skills which school forgot to teach you. Do not miss your Induction at all. You shall participate in your induction programme which will help you to know the basic guidelines of your programme, information about your class mentor, HOD, etc. You will be getting information about them and contact numbers, email ids will be shared at this time. LPU is a place for every type of student who has different interests and liking. You will get a lot of opportunities in a Lovely professional University. There are numerous activities to do depends upon one's choice and interests. There is one Division named Division of Student where you can register for dance, Music, sports etc. !There is a mall in the campus itself where you can shop, eat, play games, etc. There is a gym as well. The campus itself is too big to accommodate all kinds of leisure activities. I am sure many more things have been added till now. Enjoy the co-curricular Events: Don't miss the opportunity to refresh yourself by attending the fun events in the evening especially in the month of August. University spends a lot on these kinds of events. Join a Student Organisation. It's about exposing yourself to something new every time and meeting new people you have an opportunity. There are endless options to choose from and whenever in a fix, go with the NSS or NCC for some community service. Pursue your hobby: Many come to college life saying to themselves Ah, here I am finally. Free from everyone, the family, the society back home and decide to pursue theatre or learn to dance or try the guitar or start your own entrepreneurial venture. By the time people realize it, times already gone. So, it becomes crucial to experiment early. LPU provides you a wide platform to groom your personality. Thanks.

This is actually remembering my days in LPU as Hosteler. I had spent my 5 Years in LPU & believe me I really enjoyed each & every moment of my campus life. I never get bored & never feel alone in this happening University. It's the Home away from Home. Campus is completely safe & secured, 0% Ragging, 0% tolerance to any illegal substances. There are CCTV surveillance 24X7 from every corner. Lovely Professional University campus is one of the finest campus in India & rightly said as others "like a city within a city". Undoubtedly Lovely Professional University is the biggest single campus University in Northern India (600+ Acres). LPU campus is having all advanced facilities & infrastructures (Hospital, Shopping Mall, Gym, Indoor Stadium, Post Office, Bank, Food Courts & restaurants with International cuisines, Mess & Canteen - both veg & non-veg, Hostel Facility, Gaming Points etc. ). Almost for any of your needs you need not to go outside of the campus. Huge diversity of students both National & International (FROM 28 STATES & 40+ COUNTRIES) can be observed in LPU Campus. 30000+ students are there in LPU campus. Safe & secure environment provided to students & Clean and green environment with full of fresh Oxygen. Awesome! Indeed I had spent the best times in LPU. A Campus-To Fall in LOVE with ! LPU campus is spread over 700+ acres. It has all the facilities in one campus, let it be the hospital, shopping mall, hotel, banks, ATM machines. LPU campus is one of the safest campuses maintained by over 400 full-time security professionals, most of whom are experienced ex-military personnel. I was surprised to SEE the diverse dining and shopping options available within the university campus. There is a state-of-the-art 8-storey mall which has shops of all possible needs, departmental stores, and gadget stores too. Diverse options of dining are also available within the campus, which range from traditional Indian sweets to modern coffee shops. Most importantly, it has various banks with more than 50 ATMs inside the campus; hence, students need not go outside for any kind of transactions. The campus of LPU is so vast that it has its own postal code and office. I would recommend you to visit this university once if you are planning to get admission for yourself or your anyone else.1) There are 3 Types of accommodation facilities are available in LPU like Apartment, Standard Rooms & Dormitories. 2) Rooms are like 1 seater to multiple shared rooms. As per the choice & budget student could book their room. LPUs infrastructure is one of the biggest and best in the world and got an A+ ranking. Infrastructure is compared with various Iims also. In houses 30k+ students from 29 states and 50+countries across the globe. *The campus of LPU is surrounded by trees and gardens that make the teaching and learning environment more comfortable. The pollution-free and healthy environment at the LPU campus is another major highlight of the campus. *The LPU central library is one of the major attractions of LPU. The library has Lacs of books in various subjects, and it helps students to clarify their subject related doubts. The library also has several magazines, journals, newspapers, etc. So that students spend their recreation time updating themselves with the latest happenings. *LPU has labs for all the required courses that impart practical knowledge to students. The Chemistry Laboratory and MAC Lab are the major highlights across all labs prevalent on the LPU campus.
