How is the course M.Sc food science and technology in LPU? Is there any industrial exposure?

ICAR has released their notification for PG courses. It is better option for you to apply in ICAR.

Yes, as per the industrial exposure, LPU is gifted with a great location with lots of new emerging industries working at a core level for food and technology from which many of them are providing young talents to work with them and gain experience. Moreover, Punjab is gifted with great agriculture has a great scope in food and agro-oriented career. Being in LPU will also match you with such opportunities. Though in LPU, these things are not sometimes curriculum driven, one has to manage to get the internships or exposure by itself (only for extra exposure and experience) but it's very nice in that domain. Lovely Professional University is very good in terms of placement, infrastructure, teaching quality, facilities, security. They provide the best platform for learning. They train you in acquiring soft skills, technical skills, and they provide you personality enhancement classes and industrial exposure to make you prepared as per current industrial trends. I am having my cousin in Lovely Professional University, he is pursuing M. Sc. (Food Science and Technology). He has been given a huge amount of scholarship if we come to the university, infrastructure is good, teachers are friendly, he has to attend various workshops, making his knowledge increase to a large extent. He is currently in the last semester. Around 4 months are left and he has already been placed at a good salary package. He told me about the student organizations of which he was a member. His team conducted a fundraising event so that they can provide useful things to a school and an old age home. They had organized free health check-up camp in villages. All these activities have improved his managing skills, time management, presentation skills. I noticed that after joining LPU he improved a lot. He also said that university provides a platform to the students to run their own venture, a student can avail seed money for initiating the project.
