How is the cutoff calculated to get a seat in Anna University? I have scored 987 marks in 12th (AP board) and I belong to OC category.

Hi,
The cut off marks are calculated as follows:
1) Mathematics marks out of 200 divided by 2.
2) Add physics and chemistry marks scored out of 200.
3) Then divide that score by 4.
4) After that add both the resulting scores.
The marks you get will be out of 200. This is your cut off marks.
As a general category student if your cut off is 198 or above you can get CEG campus of Anna University.
