LPU faculty members are well trained and they are experts. They are just not faculty members but mentors to students. LPU has highly qualified faculty members. The faculty of LPU, updated with the latest methods of pedagogy (teaching) help turn students into a finished product with high market demand, yet with a social conscience and urge to contribute and give back. LPU believes in Preparing the upcoming architects that create buildings and infrastructure that are globally acknowledged. LPU believes in Challenging the conventional teaching methods with Practice-based Teaching. Hi, Being alumni I must say that the Faculty of LPU is very cooperative. This domain has Highly experienced faculty mostly with industry exposure engaged in consultancy and research to add immense value to the academic life. The school has many labs to hone the skills of the students like Post Graduate Computer Lab, Computer Labs 6A-403, Carpentry / Power Tool workshop 6C-207, Model Making Workshop 6C-201, Metal Workshop 6C-102, Clay, POP Workshop 6C-104, Digital Fabrication Lab 6C-304 etc. The school puts emphasis on case studies and Case based teaching to develop skills in analytical thinking and reflective judgment by reading and discussing complex, real-life scenarios. LPU floats more than 250 programmes out of which B.Arch is one high in demand. # The Architecture Programmes are approved by Council of Architecture (COA), a statutory body of the Government of India for the regulation of the architectural education and practice of profession as required. There is a different school for B.Arch I. e. School of Architecture that provides differential programme outcome from basic to the advanced one I. e the School inculcates practical implication and go beyond the conceptual understanding. # The programme is structured in five groups taking care of the every dimension of the growing and ever changing design industry viz. Core Courses, Supporting Courses, Skill Development Courses, Management Courses, Elective Courses. #The curriculum is benchmarked against the most renowned institutions of the world and is further strengthened through live design projects which help thorough assimilation of theoretical concepts. # The focus is on application oriented teaching with live architecture design projects, extensive model and field work. LPU believes in providing real life exposure instead of just book knowledge. Students are exposed to real site situations through in house and external visits for visual orientation. # Emphasis is given on the Entrepreneurship projects/Consultancy projects which give cutting edge to the students of the University. 1) One of the oldest universities in the country and top Government College in the state.2) It has got a better ranking overall for the entire University (but again the ranking of engineering college alone is not that good) 3) Limited students per class, there are only 30 seats in each department and 60 in few. 4) Library: Every department in the University has got their own department library which comprises all the essential course materials and access to various books and journals, apart from that we have got Central Engineering library where there are multiple copies of books which allows you to draw books, and apart from that we have got the central library in South campus which is one of it's kind which is well known for the vast volumes it has got. 5 ) The overall area of the campus is around 600 acres, engineering college had an area if about 110 acres including hostels. 6 ) Engineering College has got one of the biggest grounds in the city, we also have a basketball court and gym. Where you can access all the equipment without paying any extra money. 7 ) NCC and NSS : students here as got the provision to be in one of them, the centers of both of them are within the University. 8) Internet connectivity: University has got one of the best internet connectivity all the students are allowed to access the Wi-Fi. 9) Alumni : The University has got the strongest Alumni base, most of the Alumni of the University are in great positions, and you see their appearance most often you even get chance to interact with them if you are fortunate enough most of the Alumni were know holding positions has chief directors in many companies here and abroad.

Don't miss out on that as in the end, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, and Community projects, are an integral part of the curriculum. LPU provides Separate laboratories for all the domains: Programming Lab, Networking Lab, Systems and Architecture Lab, Databases Lab, and Software Engineering Lab.
