    Definitely CU is the best option for Optometry, it is accredited as A+ by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU. CHitkara University Rajpura is not even NAAC accredited, while Baddi campus has only B grade by NAAC.

    Chandigarh university is far better. CU has world class infrastructure better accommodation facilities. Mentor ship sessions. Open house, student exchange programmes are the various activities which helps student to choose right path in terms of career.
