    LPU boasts of not only state of the art academic blocks but also on of the most comfortable residential facilities without compromising security. There is round the clock vigil through security cameras and there is a huge army of security personnel deployed all over the university. The hostel includes the services like Wi-Fi, Departmental Stores, Attached Washroom, Laundry Service, Mess Facility, Hospital Facility, ATM, gymnasiums, bowling alleys, restaurants, playgrounds, non veg mess etc. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the AC and Non AC.     The university ensures making this transition smooth and comfortable. The university has a wide range of options that. Meets the needs of all students. There are rooms ranging from Standard Rooms to Apartments and students can opt for accommodation as per their convenience and choice. The hostels at LPU are basically of two types:
    1. Apartments: The apartment accommodation at LPU are 1/ 2/ 3/ 4 rooms with attached washrooms. There are facilities constructed for providing luxurious accommodation.     One of my friends is working at LPU and staying in the LPU apartments with his family. I do not know exactly the residential facility but I have visited him many times and will discuss my experience. Following amenities are provided by LPU in a Two-seater room (For both Boys/Girls Hostels)Attached Washroom Two Iron B.     The University offers excellent living accommodation within the campus, separately for boys and Girls. The university understand expectations of students who come here from wide variety of cultural and geographical zones and perhaps leave their homes for the first time in their lives. The university ensures making this transition smooth and comfortable.

    Residential facility in LPU is very good. LPU offers in-campus hostel facility with multiple room options like 1 - seater, 2-seater, 3- seater, 4-seater etc. LPU also offers apartment facilities to students and faculty members both. Also there are different mess options available which student can choose as per their wish,. .

    The basic facilities include (a) Air Conditioner/Air cooler in each room, (b) Attached washroom in each room with Geyser (c) B.Ed (d) Study Table, (e) Chair, (f) Partitioned AlmirahThe residential faculty & staff provide after-hours guidance and support to the students, in case they need any academic or life advice.

    LPU offers phenomenal living accommodation inside the campus, separately for boys and girls. LPU's Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET/PET) is in fact not an hour-long session with a fixed time allotment; rather, it is a combination of physical tasks conducted in succession sprinting for 50m, broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3 kg for men and 2 kg for women), and finally 1000m of run/walk. The time taken in doing the complete tasks varies with the fitness of the candidate, commonly taking from 20 to 45 minutes for a session. The candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts.
