How is the salary package? I'm an engineer & I too have job offers from companies but I'm confused should I go for MBA or for job?

Hello Hariom, The highest package for the current batch is 11.4 lacs & lowest being 4 lacs excluding variables & average is 5-6 lacs.
For MBA or job experience i will suggest you, you should go for work experience before MBA as it makes a huge difference.As you can come to know about many concepts related to leadership, organisation, management etc.

See I am an engineer myself. I want to tell you that if you like the job for the time being you can opt that as well. After sometime you can go for executive MBA which is of 1 year. But it totally depends on your interest as well as your option.
Regarding packages in PGDM course it depends on how you perform and how much potential you can utilize. Asia pacific institute of management has an average package of 5-6 lacs and highest being 11.5 lacs. The Companies visiting the campus are top notch and offer variety in profiles and packages.
