The Bar Council of India has earlier stated that candidates must ensure qualifying AIBE within two years of enrollment, however, it does not mean that they cannot appear for AIBE after that period or they only get two attempts. You can appear in the AIBE exam as many times as you want. There is no limit on the number of attempts you can make to appear in the AIBE according to the Bar Council of India. To obtain a Certificate of practice, you must pass this exam. It is a license that is mandatory to practice as an advocate in Indian courts. You need to have a law degree LL.B. Integrated LL.B. Or LL. M. to appear in the AIBE. To be eligible for the All India Bar Exam, you must also be registered with the state bar council in your respective state.
