Studying journalism is not at all a gender specific. Everybody has a right to study as long as they are willing to do it. Still Being an education consultant I can assu you that girls are pursuing Journalism more than boys.

# Do they have Adequate/appropriate equipment to make you expert in handling them.
# Do they have Audio/Video studio to teach them practically. # Are they running any Media house.
# Do they provide the platform to yo...more -
I cannot say the exact number but believe me a lot females are pursuing journalism in LPU. Females are doing great in the field of journalism and other creative fields. I think in news channels also we have seen lot of news presenters and reporters are female and I will not go too much beyond but the Founder of NDTV is also a female.

Dear Aswin, it is very difficult to answer this but yes LPU is the best university to pursue this course due to top class placements and world class facilities for this course. Good Luck.

The gender ratio inside the campus is balanced. Moreover, journalism has seen a rise in admissions of female aspirants depicting the distribution of talents and a good sign for students (girls) realizing the importance and scope of other fields other than engineering and medical or management and leaving back the thoughts and fear of old India.

Hello,
I wonder why does this question even exists. You are being so gender-specific. All I will say is LPU has 30,000+ students and good strength of girls as well, that too from different states of India and even abroad.
