How many marks do I have to score in JEE Mains and Advance to get admission in IITs to pursue B.Tech and M.Tech? I belong to SC category.

In Mains, you should score at least 50 marks to clear and 180+ in advance to get into IIT. Best of luck.

By chance, if you didn't clear IIT, you can get good private college, but now a days getting into a college is not important thing, important is which branch you choose. Computer Science and Automation and Robotics are two branches having great scope in future. I would suggest Gulzar Group of Institution for these two branches as, Gulzar Group Of Institution is 3rd college in India to have KUKA certified training in automation and robotics.for CSE it has signed MoU with L-Kshay Pvt.
