Utkal University M.Tech programme is two years long with four semesters. Candidates have to complete and get a valid score in the four semesters of the programme to be eligible for the M.Tech degree. The course is provided in regular fulltime mode, thus candidates have to commit certain hours to the programme during their two year period of completing the course.
