    The TS TET exam comprises two papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2. The number of subjects in the TSTET (Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test) differ for Paper 1 and Paper 2. The TS TET Paper 1 is for candidates who intend to teach classes I to V, while Paper 2 is for candidates who intend to teach classes VI to VIII. The number of subjects in each paper varies depending on the syllabus prescribed by the Department of School Education, Government of Telangana.

    TSTET Paper 1 includes five subjects - Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I (Telugu/Kannada/Urdu), Language II (English), Mathematics, and Environmental Studies.

    The TSTET exam consists of two papers, and the number of subjects you'll encounter depends on which paper you're taking:

    • Paper I (meant for teachers of Classes 1 to 5): This paper has four sections - Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II (English), and Mathematics/Environmental Studies. So, technically, there aren't separate subjects but rather four areas covered in Paper I.
