Hey Ankita,FMS DU gives 40%, 30%, 30% weightage to VARC, LRDI and QA section respectively in that order. The CAT Composite Score calculation is as follows : ((Your VARC's Score/ Max VARC Score)*40) + ((Your LRDI's Score/ Max LRDI Score)*30) + ((Your QA's Score/ Max QA Score)*30), you get your interview calls on this CS, you get +5 points over this for gender diversity. However, for final admission this CS is reduced to 50% and the rest 50% is divided into:
Class 10 Marks - 10% - above 75% full marks
Class 12 Marks - 10% - above 75% full marks
Extempore - 5%
Personal Interview - 25% -
1. Personal Interview -15% - 5 Additional marks to be awarded to Women candidates.
2. Weighted CAT score - 50% - As per the admission policy.
3. Discussion on Statement of Purpose - 10% (May be replaced by GD, if conducted) - SoP is part of PI Round.
4. Extempore - 5% - Candidate will speak on a given topic during PI.
5. Marks obtained in Class X - 10% - 60% to less than 75%: 5% Wt & 75% and above: 10% Wt.
6. Marks obtained in Class XII - 10% - 60% to less than 75%: 5% Wt & 75% and above: 10% Wt.
