How much CAT cut off is required to get admission in this college? Is it necessary to have work experience for the same?

As per Last year's data (don't firmly rely on them, this is just for guiding purpose), the weighatge were like this: Weightage for GD&PI short-listing (SI): Weightage for CAT Score = 60 Weightage for Bachelor Degree = 15 Weightage for 10+2 Class marks = 10 Weightage for 10 Class marks = 05 Weightage for Work Experience = 05 Weightage for Additional Qualification = 05 Total Wt. for Shortlisting Index (SI) = 100 As for the cutoff marks DMS, IIT Delhi follows a profile based shortlisting criteria. So a student is analysed on all the above parameters. It is witnessed that people with very god percentile might not be even shortlisted due to the lack of extra curricular and activities where they took initiative. As for the work experience part. No! it is not necessary. there are many freshers who go through in the previous years. Although as mentioned above some weightage is given to the candidates with work experience too.

No, work experience is not mandatory but you get points for the same. There is no such CAT cut off as the institute releases a profile based shortlist.
