LPU accepts a variety of entrance exams depending on the programme. The primary one is LPUNEST (Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test) for most UG & PG programmes.

For engineering (B.Tech), LPU also accepts JEE Main scores.

For management courses (MBA etc.), exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, and sometimes CUET‑PG are considered.

For programs like design, architecture, etc., exams like UCEED or UCEED / Design entrance are accepted.
