How much I need to score to secure a call from IIM, Vishakhapatnam? My scores: 10th-74%, 12th-68.4% and B.E in IT-68.4%.

Since your HSC marks are not on the higher side, you should aim to score high score more than 97%ile in CAT exam. -

Admissions to IIM's are normally based on your score in CAT. It's not based on your marks of 10th or 12th or BE. Some IIM's give admission to students with even lower score if it's going to fulfil desire of diversity of intake.
