    A fresher with Certificate and Diploma can earn somewhere around 15000 to 20000 per month and for a candidate with a degree in hotel management the starting salary could be anything around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month. After some experience the salary could be anywhere between Rs. Rest depends from which University you have competed your course.     Hello Vishal,
    At the entry level, if you join as Management Trainee, then one can expect around Rs 20000. Otherwise, it also varies from brand to brand and city of the hotel Around Rs 15000 at the beginning.

    You can expect salary 20000-30000 not more than that at the beginning but afterwards it can increase also and it also totally depends on your talent.

    As a fresher, you can earn 10k - 15k and if you study well and crack MT, you can earn 20k-25k.
