PIBM students are given Mock GD/PI training for final placements where many corporates conduct Mock GD/PI rounds. They also train students for different styles of interviews like panel interviews, stress interviews, telephonic interviews, face-to-face interviews, and more. Along with this, they are trained on current affairs and business-related topics.

In this pandemic situation also, PIBM did not compromise with the corporate exposure, and learnings. Corporates are coming to the campus every week to share some knowledge and guide students for their placement preparation and better future. The students interacted with the corporates on various topics to clear their doubts and understand the corporate culture. Corporate share their reviews during the mock gd-pi of the students and helps them to be prepared for their betterment in the aspect of their career and placements.

From day you will be trained for publiccspeaking and stuff but when it comes to gd and pi. Initially the gd pi sessions will be good but during my placmnt I noticed the topic they give you for mock g those ar very mainstream and companies don't like those mainstream topics. So there you might face some challenges. Though there are some faculty members in the communication who will give you som interesting topics and they would want you to think out if the box an that is what needed. But again situation in pibm is very bad so cant say for how much long these good faculty members will stay.

Even in this challenging scenario, PIBM did not compromised with the corporate exposure and came up with a Virtual Leadership Series where the corporates can share their views with the students giving them a clear picture of the real corporate world and guide them about changing trends in different sectors. The students interacted with the corporates on many different topics.

For placements, PIBM students also undergo mock interviews. They are prepared well in advance to face any kind of question asked by the companies. The mock interviews are conducted every week by our corporate trainers and our faculty members. Also, students are trained for different types of interviews like panel interviews, stress interviews, telephonic interviews, face-to-face interviews, etc. During mock interviews, students are asked situational-based questions so they become more confident. PIBM conducts mock GDs every week, continuous practice of Group Discussions makes them comfortable and increases confidence. PIBM students are
