How should I prepare for GD/PI for top B-Schools?

GD process is for checking the general awareness of the student around the environment in which he/she lives. To prepare for the GD process you need to read good newspapers like Indian Express, ET, Hindu, etc. religiously. Then you should learn to form your own opinions based on those readings. You should think about the issue from all points of view including a balanced point of view along with for or against it. Along with the opinion making you should be ready to remember some facts which are added advantage in a GD/PI process, it is to check your personality and how well you can articulate your experience and achievements in life. So for PI process you should prepare based on all type of interviews that are technical, HR and stress interview. Find out questions based on your academic background for technical questions, find out some questions asked based on personality and find out questions based on stress interview. Write down answers of all the questions and practice them in front of mirror to gain confidence for PI process. Business news is very much essential for both the processes.
