Hi.Preparation tips to get into Kochi Business School for MBA In Human Resources:

Take a CAT mock test every alternate day and analyse it. Immediately work on the topics which posed challenge in the mock test.

Practice CAT mock tests of various difficulty levels - easy, medium and tough.

It is important to also practice sectional mock tests for CAT to learn how to maximise performance in 40 minutes (sectional time limit for CAT).

Analyze and evaluate your performance daily, especially after appearing for mocks, to identify your strengths and weaknesses.

    Thanks

To improve your chances of getting in to the Kochi Business School's MBA in Human Resources, keep up the good grades, at least a 50% average in your undergrad. And then there is that whole study for the CAT and the MAT and the CMAT and score good marks to be able to compete. And the whole soft skills thing, communication, team work, leadership, all that crap that would be pertinent in an HR job. Also some internship/volunteer work in an HR department would be nice. Finally, mock group discussions, personal interviews, to get your presentation down, your confidence up.
