How students get to know about part time jobs at LPU?

LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support.

Keep a check on the University Management System UMS- online portal; where all the details regarding the jobs are given. With this students get on an average 4000 per month with no upper limit. They just need to fill the form and apply. Wait for interview time slots and then for the result. After being selected they will be provided with the respective time slots in which you can work apart from the class hours.

LPU provides the students with part time job opportunities within the campus. Almost 500+ jobs are offered every semester,20+ specialised job profiles, there is 20 working hrs/week and Rs 6 Lacs is disbursed in one semester. Students get an opportunity to work as PEER TUTOR, ASSISTANT PHYSIOTHERAPISTS, ASSISTANT PHARMACISTS, GSA TRAINEE, ASSISTANT TECHNICIANS, MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIANS, DIETICIANS, CONTENT ASSISTANTS, SPORTS TRAINERS, COMPUTER LAB ASSISTANT, LIBRARY ASSISTANTS, OFFICE ASSISTANTS, STUDENT COUNSELORS, DATA ENTRY OPERATORS, RECEPTIONIST & CAMPUS GUIDES and CALL CENTRE ASSISTANT.

Students get an opportunity to work as PEER TUTOR, ASSISTANT PHYSIOTHERAPISTS, ASSISTANT PHARMACISTS, GSA TRAINEE, ASSISTANT TECHNICIANS, MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIANS, DIETICIANS, CONTENT ASSISTANTS, SPORTS TRAINERS, COMPUTER LAB ASSISTANT, LIBRARY ASSISTANTS, OFFICE ASSISTANTS, STUDENT COUNSELORS, DATA ENTRY OPERATORS, RECEPTIONIST & CAMPUS GUIDES and CALL CENTRE ASSISTANT. Students residing in the campus can earn while studying by taking up part time jobs in labs, library, sales, shopping mall etc. Certain part time jobs in labs, library, sales, shopping mall, etc. Are provided to the students residing at University campus only. Jobs are available in shifts and may run till late night and students residing in university campus only can work in shifts and earn along with studies.

A part-time job in the university departments such as admissions, library, filing departments, etc. Which will pay you INR 50-55 per hour with no upper cap, and on summer vacations the same can pay 8000-12000 working as an educational counselor. Another, in eateries like Domino's and food hubs. If one is B.tech/CSE/IT students then they can get into website designing and data handling.

With this students get 5060 per hour and on an average 4000 per month with no upper limit. We just need to fill the form and apply. Wait for interview time slots and then for the result. After being selected you will be provided with the respective time slots in which you can work apart from the class hours. Various profiles available for the jobs are Data entry operators, Student Counsellors, Office assistants, s and a lot more. It just depends on the need for the University. I hope this helps.
